Most Recent Newsletter
Dear Friends, Welcome to my August newsletter. If anyone is interested, our paper (Chassidy Puchala, et al.) on using elders to reduce domestic violence is being published by the Journal of Complementary and Alternative Medicine. I'm happy to send a copy along. We are planning further research on using elders to reduce domestic violence and we need communities. If anyone wants to help us find communities for a grant proposal, please let me know. Regarding locations, in August, I will be in Woodstock, NY, the last weekend in August. Then, Goddard College, Vermont, for the Power of Words conference for the first weekend in September. For the second weekend in September, I will be in Buffalo, New York. The third weekend finds me in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the fourth weekend, Calgary, Alberta. In October, I will be in Buffalo, New York, the first weekend, Portland, Oregon on the 8th and New York Open Center on the 9th through the 11th. I will be teaching a course at Johnson State College on the 16th through the 18th and in San Diego at a conference the 23 through the 25th. Details are on my website. I hope to see you there. Lewis
